Lawyer Sarah Bernardinello
She graduated in Law from the University of Padua in 2020, with a thesis in European Union Labor Law, following a course of study aimed at deepening her knowledge of labor law through specialized courses, including studies abroad at the Jagiellonian University in Krakow, Poland.
She completed her legal traineeship in Padua at law firms specialized in Labor Law, assisting workers also through collaboration with trade union organizations protecting their rights.
Between 2022 and 2023, as a research fellow at Ca’ Foscari University of Venice, she conducted research within the Project “Universitas per la Giustizia: Program for the Quality of the Justice System and the Effectiveness of a Fair Trial – UNI 4 JUSTICE.”
She passed the bar examination in 2023 with excellent results, receiving the “Marco Ubertini” Award issued by Cassa Forense. Since the same year, she has been registered with the Padua Bar Association.
In 2024, she obtained a Master’s diploma in “Corporate Crisis Management and Restructuring Tools under the New Italian Code of Crisis and Insolvency.”
