Lawyer Alessia Voinich
She graduated with honors in Law from the University of Trieste in 2014, with a thesis in European Union Law.
She dedicated the following years to deepening her knowledge of the subject, through specialized courses and study visits, including abroad, until she obtained a PhD in Legal Sciences in 2019 (specializing in Comparative, International, and European Union Law).
In 2018, she qualified to practice law and, since 2020, has been a member of the Trieste Bar Association. Since 2022, she has collaborated with the Zappia Law Firm as an of counsel, primarily in disputes involving international and European Union law in the areas of the protection of human rights and vulnerable persons.
His academic career includes university collaborations as a scholarship holder and research fellow in research projects focusing on various areas of EU law, including economic law, judicial cooperation, immigration and asylum.
She is the author of journal articles and contributions to collective volumes on European Union Law.
