Lawyer Federico Pampaloni
Born in Padua on September 29, 1972, he graduated in 1999 and completed his legal traineeship in Padua at two leading law firms specializing in Criminal and Civil Law, passing the professional qualification exam in 2002.
He was admitted to the Bar of Padua in 2003 and trained in various areas of Civil and Labor Law, eventually developing a strong passion and specialization in the latter.
He attended specialized courses in Labor Law organized by the University of Padua and the two-year Advanced Specialization School in Labor Law of A.G.I. (Italian Labor Lawyers Association).
For many years, he has collaborated with the CGIL Labor Disputes Office in Venice and has gained extensive experience in labor litigation, defending workers’ rights.
He is a member of “Comma2 – Work is Dignity” and A.G.I.
He also practices in the field of damages, both from workplace accidents and road traffic accidents (serving as a domiciliary lawyer for the Road Victims Guarantee Fund), as well as in tenancy law (residential, commercial, and public housing), collaborating with the Tenants’ Union and volunteering at a social help desk to assist the less affluent.
His main office is located in Padua, Via Valeri 5, with a secondary office in Marghera, Venice, Via Ulloa 3.
