Lawyer Jacopo Cavalier

He obtained a degree in Law from the University of Padua in 2025, with a thesis in Public Immigration Law entitled “Climate refugee and right of asylum. The emersion of a new legal entity and its recognition, between supra-national law and domestic law.” He undertook a traineeship at the Criminal Court of Venice and carried out a research period at the Territorial Commission for the Recognition of International Protection in Padua.
