Lawyer Lucrezia Pavan

Graduated in Law from Alma Mater Studiorum – University of Bologna in 2020, with a thesis in Criminal Law on Prison and the Rights of Detainees.
He completed his legal training in Venice, first at the Benvenuti firm with Professor Giorgio Orsoni and subsequently in criminal law with Alessandro Compagno.
After passing the State Exam in 2023, she spent a training period abroad, working as a volunteer at the “Cruz Roja” in Valencia.
During the same period, she attended remotely the specialization course “Human Rights: Theory, Practice, NGOs and Forms of Protection,” organized by the Law School of Roma TRE University, taught by Professor Patrizio Gonella, President of the Antigone Association.
She has been registered with the Venice Bar Association and the Chamber of Lawyers for Human and Foreigners’ Rights (CADUS) since 2025.

Specialized Practice Areas

She served as a student representative within the Law Department of the University of Bologna and as the national head of the legal area within the same student association. She collaborated with “Avvocato di Strada” in Bologna and has been actively involved for several years with “Casa dell’Ospitalità,” a shelter for homeless people in Venice. Her practice focuses particularly on Immigration Law, Human Rights, and Criminal Law.
